Fine White Bulgur
Fine White Bulgur, is made from hulled hard red winter wheat and cracked more finely than the coarse one. It is highly used in the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, mainly for Kebbeh dishes. It is highly rich in fibers and minerals, and considered a good source of proteins and carbohydrate.
